We met up with Dennis again today and he showed us around Chelsea and the Lower West Side, including Greenwich Village. Highlights included seeing the Stonewall Inn, lunch at the famous Joe’s Pizza, and sipping a delicious Jamba Juice on the subway uptown to Mary Poppins.
Inbetween shows, we had dinner at Sardi’s, a broadway institution that I’ve always dreamed of visiting. Whenever a rising broadway star reaches a key point in their career, they’re awarded with a caricature at Sardi’s.

We ate an appetiser and dessert because we couldn’t afford any more than that. But it was delicious!
